Kaylin Roberson is a local 17 year old singer songwriter with a beautiful heart. Kaylin found her inspiration to sing, write, and connect with others after she became a dog attack victim just 7 short years ago. You can find Kaylin playing throughout Raleigh and the Triangle area whether as a soloist playing the piano or accompanied by a guitarist to a full band. In as little as a few months apart, Kaylin has been awarded the youngest champion to have ever won the prestigious 2015 Deep South Open Mic Night, beating over 600 adult contestants, Clayton’s Teen Idol 2015 and Clayton’s Got Talent for 2016. Kaylin rang in the New Year with WRAL as one of the artists to watch in 2016. You can find Kaylin Co-writing with other local artists and in the studio recording while building a repertoire of songs soon to be released in the Spring of 2016. Kaylin built a fan base of over ten thousand after touring schools, speaking in front of thousands of teens about anti-bullying with Teen Nation and The One Voice Project. Kaylin is also the spokesperson for Doggone Safe and the youth representative for the Holly Springs Mayor’s Anti Bullying Campaign.
